William Wegman, Visiting Artist Lecture 1992

In his second lecture at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture (previous lecture in 1983), artist William Wegman shows video and slides of photographic work, devoting considerable attention to his polaroid portraits of his Weimaraners; Man Ray; Bettina and Fay; drawings; “altered” photographs; and paintings. He also talks about the difficulties he encountered when he returned to painting at the age of forty.
