Willard Cummings, Guest Lecture 1965

In this lecture Willard Cummings, one of the co-founders of the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, gives an overview of fresco and mosaics, history, materials and techniques, accompanied by slides. He also touches briefly on the fresco in the Skowhegan curriculum, beginning with a demonstration by Henry Poor in the first year of the school (1946), and mentions the South Solon Meeting House fresco project.
