Robert Hudson, Visiting Artist Lecture 1986

Robert Hudson gives a lecture talking about his interdisciplinary practice which spans sculpture, painting, drawing, and collaborative. Hudson uses a wide variety of works in his materials: ceramics, wood, canvas, glass, porcelain, among others to produce his works. Hudson talks about the ideas that inform his work: autobiography, kinship and family ties, motifs from animals, relationship to material, and working alongside the artists of his generation who have inspired him.
