Lucienne Bloch, Visiting Artist Lecture 1987

Fresco artist Lucienne Bloch, with frequent additions by her husband of fifty-five years, Steven Dimitrinov (also a fresco artist), both of whom started their fresco careers as assistants to Diego Rivera, shows slides of several of her major murals, beginning with a school project done for WPA. This presentation covers technique, pigments, and site/design problems which they encountered in their careers, as well as personal anecdotes.
