Leonard Bocour, Resident Artist Lecture 1963

Paint manufacturer Leonard Bocour lectures on what he calls “The Permanent Palette” (the paint pigments which are likely to stand the test of time, rather than changing or fading).  His lecture covers sources of these pigments, how they are prepared, and the effects of various solvents, extenders and canvas preparations on their quality and longevity.
