Kim Jones, Resident Artist Lecture 2000

Artist Kim Jones talks about his performance and conceptual work, devoting considerable time to his Mudman performances and his war drawings, both of which have been shown over a period of years in multiple venues and in many variations. Two issues of primary importance to the speaker are the recycling of his materials into new work, a practice which he feels enriches each ensuing piece, and the importance of connecting the pieces to his life experiences.
