Kiki Smith, Resident Artist Lecture 1993

Sculptor Kiki Smith shows slides of her work, commenting on the content, materials, and narratives contained in them, as well as her perspective on their success or failure to express her ideas. Questions asked cover a variety of topics, with special emphasis on the artist’s experience in working with glass, and her perception of her art as speaking for the victimized.
