Judy Pfaff, Visiting Artist Lecture 2011
Judy Pfaff 2011 Lecture
Abstract
In this presentation of her work before an audience at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, artist Judy Pfaff displays a dry sense of humor as she touches on issues around her education at Yale; her friendship with artists such as Al Held, Elizabeth Murray, and Richard Tuttle; materials that she has discovered and enjoys working with; and various studios, galleries and museums that she has worked in. She shows a broad chronological sampling of her work and discusses her interest in art-making of all types.
