Jane Freilicher, Visiting Artist Lecture 1968

Painter Jane Freilicher talks about her education as an artist, including time spent with Hans Hofmann, and her subsequent experience as a non-mainstream artist in the heyday of Abstract Expressionism. This is followed by slides of her landscape, figure and still life works, with commentary mostly confined to the subject matter and its treatment.
