Ester Partegàs, Resident Artist Lecture 2009

Artist Ester Partegàs reads prepared text which she calls parallel to but not descriptive of her sculptural works and installations, images of which are displayed while she reads. The short presentation is followed by a lengthy Question and Answer session in which Skowhegan participants ask her about a wide range of topics, including process and materials; the nature of her practice; different elements of her artistic and personal philosophy; and the kinds of venues she might favor.
