Abstract
Vietnamese artist Dinh Q. Le discusses the origins of his artwork in the Vietnam War and the Khmer Rouge attacks on his home village which resulted in his family relocating to the US when he was a child. Interwoven with examples of his installations are personal anecdotes about his life as an artist under a repressive government.
