Bill Jensen, Resident Artist Lecture 1986

Bill Jensen gives a lecture talking about his painting and drawing practice, and shows slides to the participants. Jensen talks about the many roles he had while also being an artist, such as a carpenter and  plasterer, and how that taught him an important lesson about being an artist: that being an artist is 90% hard work, 5% right material, 5% inspiration. Jensen ends his lecture by telling the participants to always be sensitive to their environment and trust the right people around them.
