Anne Poor, Resident Artist Lecture 1972

Using slides borrowed from the Metropolitan Museum of Art, painter Anne Poor gives a historic overview of fresco. She comments, often speculatively, on the techniques, materials, and characteristics of the style of the artists whose work she shows. This is followed by examples of her own work—fresco, works on canvas, other paintings and drawings, with brief commentary.
